4.3 General Bonus Terms

VIP Program and Cashback

5.1 VIP Levels

The jay 9 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate is different at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total bets minus total winnings). Example: a Gold-level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on consistency and level of play. jay 9 reserves the right to change the benefits at each level.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay 9 platform:

1. Operating an account using another user's identity.
2. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
3. Any attempt to hack or manipulate the platform's software or gaming system.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
5. Defrauding other users or attempting to gain an unfair advantage over them.
6. Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
7. Any form of commission-based betting arbitrage that harms the platform.
